一、Application

It is suitable for pressure proof test and cycling test of high pressure pipelines,valves,engineering hydraulic hoses & hose assemblies,automobile hoses & aviation hose assemblies and small pressure-containers and other products.At the same time,it has the function of holding pressure test,which can set the holding pressure and holding time; The test data records automatically for each specimens testing,and the water drainage out via 5 ~ 7bar compressed air after test completion.

三、Function&Features

1) Automated test stand with high speed data acquisition system;

2) History screen and real-time display of pressure-time and time-temperature curves.

3) Test data saved automatically even in the case of emergency or power down happens accidentally.

4) Test report exported upon request and allows printed out for further analysis.

5) User configuration to impulse frequency,output pressure,pressurization rate as per actual needs.

6) Alarm devices are employed in case of leaking happened to one of tested specimens.

7) External observing specimen testing status is allowed during testing. And LED lights are provided inside test chamber.

8) Sophisticated electric components guarantees the longer running life and high testing precision and stability.

9) Safety protection system against door opens (interlock design) to prevent damages to operators and testing system.

10) Warning and emergency stop against overpressure,leakage or power off to guarantee the safety operations.

11) Control system included computers, display, electrical components, instruments, control software,etc.,integrated into the complete control system,the main function is to set test parameters of pressure,waveform,etc.,control and collection of pressure and other parameters;

12) Pressure test system included liquid tank,plunger pump,pressure regulator,filter and others,to provide a stable pressure source for the system;
