一、Application
The wellhead control panel is an oilfield production equipment designed and developed by adopting American technology and referring to relevant API standards. It is mainly used to control the downhole safety valves and surface safety valves of oil production trees. The structure of this control panel is a single-well control panel. This control panel controls the safety valve at the wellhead. The wellhead control panel also has other emergency control functions, such as manual ESD emergency shutdown control and remote ESD shutdown control, etc.
It is widely applied in the control of safety valves at the wellhead of oil and gas Wells, providing safety protection for oil and gas wellheads in unattended outdoor environments. It can also be used by wellhead safety valve manufacturers as scientific research and testing equipment.

三、Function&Features
1) The system is safety design.The power source adopts a pneumatic-hydraulic pump, providing a maximum hydraulic control pressure of 10,000 psi for the safety valve actuator.
2) The system is equipped with a manual well opening/closing function. When manual well opening or emergency shut-off is required, the safety valve can be opened and closed.
3) The system is equipped with two sets of remote ESD panels for operators to remotely shut off the wellhead safety valve from the duty room or other locations.
4) It has the function of automatic pressure compensation and release. When the pressure of the safety valve hydraulic system drops due to changes in ambient temperature and pipeline leakage, the pneumatic pump will automatically compensate for the system pressure to maintain the normal operation of the wellhead. When the ambient temperature changes or human error operation causes the system pressure to exceed the set value, the safety relief valve will automatically release the excess pressure to maintain the normal pressure of the system.
5) The medium pressure in the system adopts double ferrule sealing connection, which has excellent anti-vibration fatigue performance and outstanding sealing performance, and is suitable for the sealing requirements of the vast majority of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
6) The cabinets, pipelines and various valves are all made of stainless steel.
7) The system is rationally designed, stable in performance, and reliable in component quality, ensuring stable and reliable operation of the system both in principle and in terms of spare parts.
