一、Application

The Wellhead Hydraulic Control Panel (WHCP) is single well control panel, which can control WV(ESDV)&MSSV&SCSSV, hydraulic safety valves of one wellhead to open and close.

The WHCP automatically closes the safety valves in response to alarm conditions requiring shut-in. Safety valves shall be shutdown either manually or automatically, at the panel .

The WHCP include logic, enabling the well to be controlled by an ESD/fusible plug/PSHL loop.

The WHCP shall open the hydraulic safety valves by motor pump (works) and hand pump (stand by).

三、Function&Features

1) Set motor pump ON/OFF pressure value by pressure switch on site;

2) Each hydraulic loop equipped with pressure gauge and pressure transmitter;

3) Each loop equipped with relief valve to prevent over pressure;

4) Low level to stop the motor pump,with alarm indicator and signal output;

5) Ferrule connection has perfect performance of anti-vibration and anti-fatigue, the perfect sealing property suits for most of sealing requirements of hydraulic and pneumatic system;

6) Over pressure protection : When the system pressure exceeds setting value because of the change of ambient temp or incorrect operation, the safety relief valve will automatic release unnecessary pressure and keep the system's normal pressure;

7) Redundant design on the pressure supply of control panel: Electrical pump as main high pressure source, hand pump is in standby for any possible emergency cases or failures of Electrical pump. The pressure settings of Electrical pump is controlled through the controller of pressure regulator.
