ESD Control Panel Design and Control Logic

    ESD control panel meet the wellhead surface safety valve control system logic for the control and production testing requirements. 

    ESD control panel is mainly composed of air source circuit, pilot control circuit, hydraulic main circuit and SSV control circuit.

    The ESD control panel controls the opening and closing of four safety valves.

Functions & Features

     The hydraulic control source for the safety valve actuators is provided by 2 air-driven liquid pumps (pneumatic manual pump operation function). The maximum control pressure of the hydraulic system is 3,000PSI; The driving source is compressed air, and the maximum working pressure of the air pressure circuit is 145PSI.

     In case of emergency, the ESD control panel releases the pressure of the actuator after receiving the inductive signal (local ESD switch, remote ESD signal, fusible plug, high/low pressure pilot valve action signal) to close the safety valve.

     Reasonable layout,imported brand for the stainless steel high pressure pipeline, beautiful and durable;

     The control cabinet is made of 304SS plate, which is rain proof, dust proof and corrosion resistant, and the Ingress Protection reaches IP65.
