The nitrogen boost device is developed according to the American gas boost technology standards. The compressed air as driven air and the air driven pump as pressure source, and the output nitrogen pressure is proportional to the driven air pressure. By the driven air regulating valve to adjust the driven air pressure to regulate the output pressure sleeplessly. The air driven pump will stop moving when the output pressure equal to the driven pressure, and there will be no energy consumption when the output pressure is in the setting value.
Additionally, by regulator can control driven air flow rate so that to regulate the pump’s moving frequency, and finally to control the power unit to output the flow rate. With the characters of pressure and flow rate adjustable, reliable and safe, easy operation, small footprint and light weight.
