PR2 Test System For Valves

 一、System Overview


    PR2 valve test system is designed and manufactured as one comprehensive type of testing equipment as per API SPEC 6A, GB / T22513, and other related industrial standards, which is capable of carrying out the PR2 level tests, showing as followings: hydrostatic test, gas leakage test, open or operating torque test, open/close cycling dynamic test at room temperature, open/close cycling dynamic gas pressure test at maximum/minimum environmental temperature and valve pressure/temperature cycle testing.


      The test equipment is fabricated with world-class high pressure components which are made in USA/EU to enhance the safety operations as a whole, the designed safety factor is “2times”at minimum; Besides, the high pressure control system is strictly followed the needs of industrial standards and API.


     Due to the employment of high precision and sophisticated electrical components/devices and reasonable layout, the testing system can be always capturing, recording and displaying the reliable data in time.


     IVS test software written by Lab view features concise interface and friendly HMI, which can also support real time data acquisition and vivid displaying in the form of testing curves on screen, all the test data can be saved automatically, and generate test report in Excel format as per the API standard.

二、System Configuration

     Valve PR2 test equipment mainly consists of 4 sections, i.e.: 

  1) Pressure Testing System (Hydraulic Pressure & Gas Pressure Test Systems),

  2) Temperature Control System (Walk-in Temperature Test Chamber), 

  3) Torque Operating System 

  4) PC Control System & Monitor System

       Therein, the pressure system is mainly used to provide high-pressure N2 and hydraulic pressure for carrying out hydrostatic test and cycling pressure test; temperature control system is used to create high and low environmental testing temperature; the torque control system is used to control the open/close operations of valves and torque measurement; the PC control system is employed for automatic control of the testing process, acquisition and storage of test data and test reports
