System Features

• The pressure system is made of stainless steel with solderless joint and conical sealing.

• It’s connected by thread or compression joint. And pressure-resistant properties of the overall unit exceed more than the test requirements.

• The cabinet is made of carbon steel. And the humanized design makes it practical and beautiful.

• The test bench is easy for operation and maintenance;

• The test control system has the fault alarm and fault shutdown function. After power failure, the system reliefs pressure automatically. 

• Alarm indicating for electricity leakage, overload, over pressure and etc.

• Monitoring and fixing in automatic mode the parameters, the frequency of fixing the parameters is at least one measurement per second.

• The measure software is based on the LABVIEW platform, operating easily and running steadily.

• The test statistics are auto acquiring and processing. And it can show the current parameters in curve and save the results as Office form.

• Electrical control is strictly designed according to industry standards; PC and PLC ensure stable performance and reliable data;

• Automatic PC control for whole test procedures, real time display of the pressure and time curves ,save the test data automatically,query and print out the test report anytime by end user for analysis;                                                      

• Humanization interface and good performance for the control software;

• Auto-pressure release against power-down, pressure drop and over-load ensures utmost safety for operation personnel and the equipment.                    

• Valve specifications, test reports and test methods etc can be saved into database for future management, review and check;
