Application:

This equipment is mainly used for the pressure test of LPG, gas cylinder and other cylinders &vessels, put the gas cylinder into the water jacket, it will generate the hydrostatic pressure by pressurizing through the hydraulic booster system,and finally have the test results for the variable volumetric expansion of the gas cylinder by measured the different weight in the measuring cup of the overflow water in the water jacket through the digital scale.

Features:

1. Valves, pipes fittings &couplings are mainly made of 316SS material, seamless connection, in line with the sealing requirements and pressure class, safety and reliable;

2. Small noise and small footprint, automatic operation, easy operation and maintenance through PLC and Laptop controlled;

3. Test procedures and data will show in the software curve, real-time display and saved ,query and print out the records any time;

4. Emergency stop switch and abnormal failure alarm warnings of leakage, power failure and others for safety operation, automatic stop for pressure relief function;

5. Measure the variable volumetric expansion in the water jacket,that’s kind of external measurement method, high accuracy with 1ml,reliable sealing for the jacket, small error data, and meets the requirements of ISO 11439,ISO9809 and ECE R110 standards.
