The Machine is customized based on our customer's detailed requirements depended on the electronic science and technology company.It included the control system and the cleaning chamber that connected with the pressure hose and communication cables .

The control system is consisted of PC automatic control system and pump/valve control system. The PC control system is included the USA LABVIEW software,PC,SIEMENS PLC and FR Schneider electrical system to meet all the performance testing,and automatic unloading pressure protection functions with power off,gas leakage,depressurization,etc.

8-cleaning levels to meet the relevant national standard, 5u filter with flow rate over 15 tons/H, medium and filter elements shall be changed one time per month to guarantee the cleanness rate.

After cleaned, the software automatically closed the automatic switch, switch on the compressed air purging, purging operations for about 3 minutes.Then the software automatically close the purge valve, open the vacuum automatic switch, start the big flow vacuum pumping air into  the products for about 3 minutes,then software will close vacuum valve. Switch on the drying device automatic switch, start the high-temperature heat fan, Continuous purging and drying the products by high temperature and hot air,then remove the products after completed.

It is automatic control by PC software and PLC with one "Start" button operation, high degree of automation,safe operation,alarm indicator,completed self-checking function,automatically unloading protection of power off and gas leakage etc, reasonable layout and reliable quality.
