一、Application

It is suitable for pressure proof test and cycling test of high pressure pipelines,valves,engineering hydraulic hoses & hose assemblies,automobile hoses & aviation hose assemblies and small pressure-containers and other products.At the same time,it has the function of holding pressure test,which can set the holding pressure and holding time; The test data records automatically for each specimens testing,and the water drainage out via 5 ~ 7bar compressed air after test completion.

Explosion test rig for PHA is a pressure testing equipment designed and manufactured according to national industry standards. It is widely used in production plants, product quality inspection institutes, scientific research institutions and other units for the production inspection and development research of accumulator products.

The equipment mainly takes compressed air as the power source, and the gas-liquid booster pump as the pressure source, and the driving air source pressure is proportional to the output pressure. By adjusting the pressure of the drive air supply, the output pressure can be adjusted infinitely. When the drive air pressure is balanced with the output pressure, the gas-liquid booster pump automatically stops the operation, and the output pressure is also stable at the set pressure. By controlling the inlet volume of the air source, the frequency of the pump can be controlled, so as to control the output flow of the system.
