一、Application
The Wellhead Hydraulic Control Panel (WHCP) is single well control panel, which can control MSSV&WSSV, hydraulic safety valves of one wellhead to open and close.
The WHCP automatically closes the safety valves in response to alarm conditions requiring shut-in. Safety valves shall be shutdown either manually or automatically, at the panel .
The WHCP include logic, enabling the well to be controlled by a fusible plug loop.
The WHCP shall open the hydraulic safety valves by pneumatic pump with handle (stand by).
Widely used in the control of wellhead safety valves of oil or gas well, provides safety production to unattended oil-gas well.

三、Function&Features
1) The system is safety design.The power source adopts a pneumatic-hydraulic pump, providing a maximum hydraulic control pressure of 5,000 psi for the safety valve actuator.
2) The system is equipped with a manual well opening/closing function. When manual well opening or emergency shut-off is required, the safety valve can be opened and closed.
3) It has the function of automatic pressure compensation and release. When the pressure of the safety valve hydraulic system drops due to changes in ambient temperature and pipeline leakage, the pneumatic pump will automatically compensate for the system pressure to maintain the normal operation of the wellhead. When the ambient temperature changes or human error operation causes the system pressure to exceed the set value, the safety relief valve will automatically release the excess pressure to maintain the normal pressure of the system.
4) The medium pressure in the system adopts double ferrule sealing connection, which has excellent anti-vibration fatigue performance and outstanding sealing performance, and is suitable for the sealing requirements of the vast majority of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
5) The cabinets, pipelines and various valves are all made of stainless steel.
6) The system is rationally designed, stable in performance, and reliable in component quality, ensuring stable and reliable operation of the system both in principle and in terms of spare parts.
7) Suitable for Class 1 Hazardous Areas and unattended area.
