OVERVIEW

The Wellhead Hydraulic Control Panel (WHCP) is stand alone single SCSSV control panel, which can control one hydraulic SCSSV open and close only.

The WHCP automatically closes the safety valves in response to alarm conditions requiring shut-in. Safety valves shall be shutdown either manually or automatically, The WHCP include logic shutdown, enabling the well to be controlled by manual push down and fusible plug loop and and remote shutdown from ESD station or control room.

• The WHCP designed with light in weight, small in size and easy to operation, and reliable performance,wide range of application, adjustable output pressure and controllable rate of pressure rise, etc.

• Cabinet,tubing and fitting are equipped with 316SS material.

• Flame arrester for body of WHCP mounted on the top of WHCP.

• Enough space for maintenance hydraulic pumps.

• Over-pressure protection:When the system pressure exceeds setting value because of the change of ambient temp or incorrect operation, the safety relief valve will automatic release unnecessary pressure and keep the system’s normal pressure.

• Redundant design on the pressure supply of control panel: pneumatic pump as main high pressure source, Operation hand kit is in standby for any possible emergency cases or failures of pneumatic pump.

• Two-ferrule sealing connection has perfect performance of anti-vibration and anti-fatigue, the perfect sealing property suits for most of sealing requirements of hydraulic and pneumatic system.

• HPU equipped one piston type accumulator for emergency shutdown and constant the operating pressure.
