General Statement

IVS designed and manufactured the Burst Test Stand by employing of the United State’s pneumatic pressure principle and customer’s specific needs. The equipment takes compressed air as power source, and takes the air operated pumps/gas boosters as the high pressure source; the compressed air and output pressure is in direct ratio, i.e. through adjusting the compressed air can freely adjust the output pressure of testing system so that the desire testing pressure is achieved precisely.

Burst pressure test for-closed chamber like bottles, CNG,LPG cylinder, fire extinguisher; tubing like heater,hose like engineering hydraulic hoses Automobile hoses & aviation hose assemblies and/or fittings and couplings , and other pressure-containing parts.The equipment is suitable for using as inspection instruments for manufacturers, R&D institutes or teaching and quality inspection organizations.

The equipment is mainly composed of hydraulic power system, hydraulic test system, control system. Provide the pressure for the cylinder to compress the test specimen via the hydraulic power system, provide the pressure for hydraulic proof &burst test pressure testing via the hydraulic test system,automatically control the test process via the control system.All test procedures can be operated on the computer (in order to improve the safety, the opening and closing of the safety door need to be manually operated).
