Application

   This equipment is a high-end professional oilfield wellhead chemical injection system authorized by the Russian customer and developed by Shenzhen IVS Flow Control Co., LTD. It can be applied to all kinds of oil exploitation and processing industry. 

   The equipment adopts the original world famous brand pump (according to customer requirements and the scene, select suitable electric and pneumatic pump),to fill into the oil wells, gas wells and pipelines with chemicals,such as methanol, preservatives,deoxidizer, drilling fluid additive (caustic soda&liquid polymer) and anti-foaming agent ,in order to thaw out broken down and keep the oil (gas) well normal work.

    In addition, our chemical injection package also suitable for the food and drug industry, as well as deliver reaction raw materials to various types of reaction kettle, reaction vessel and other quantitative.

Features

1. With imported electric diaphragm pump, it is randomly adjustable and easily controlled the output pressure and flow rate;

2. It is convenient with one pump normal used and one pump for standby;

3. Imported 316SS material for hydraulic system accessories with strong corrosion resistance and suitable for most chemicals.

4. ASME certified 2300L super large reagent storage tank,ensure long term safe storage and adequate supply of reagents;

5. Skid-mounted design with anchor bolts, full loaded total weight over 5 tons, wind resistance and earthquake resistance;

6. EXDIIBT4 explosion-proof junction box, can effectively isolate electricity, gas and liquid to ensure safe operation;

7. Imported FITOK valves and HIP pipes&fittings;

8. Solenoid level gauge with alarm indication for low level and ultra low level;

9. Passed NDT acceptance test, ensure no leakage of reagent.
