Graco Inc. developed and released a new product line of chemical injection equipment in 2015 for use in the midstream and upstream sectors of the Oil & Natural Gas markets.

Enhancements and additions to the product line are ongoing to meet customer demands. 

The product line includes chemical injection pumps (solar, electrically and pneumatically operated), technologically advanced controllers with remote cellular or SCADA connectivity, chemical metering pumps and beam pumps.

G-Chem Beam Pump


It provides reliable and robust means of injecting chemicals by operating with a pumpjack. The G-Chem is a positive displacement plunger type pump powered by a direct connection with a cable or rod to the pumpjack’s walking beam.

Mongoose Electronic Metering Pump


Adjustable feed rates and stroke lengths, quick and easy priming and sophisticated overload protection. Additionally, wetted fluid sections are available In 316 SST or PVDF to cover a wide array of chemicals in challenging environments.

Python Pneumatically 

Operated Pumps


Python pumps are ideal for applications that require a pump to operate in hazardous locations and can run off regulated natural gas or compressed air.

Python XL Pneumatically 

Operated Pumps


Ideal for wells with low gas pressure. Capable of operating up to 12,000 psi (827 bar), the pumps are easy to operate and include an air motor with the same proven technology.

Python XL-DA Pneumatically 

Operated Pumps


Python XL-DA series pumps are suitable for chemical injection applications that require higher flows at high pressures. These pumps operate on low gas or compressed air pressures.

Wolverine DA Electrically 

Operated Pumps


Uses a double-acting pump fluid section that helps achieve double the flow of a similar single acting pump. Self-priming so the pump can purge itself of any trapped air and resume operation without physically being at the pump.

Wolverine DC and AC Series Pumps


Designed to operate in applications requiring Class 1, Division 1, rated products. They are offered in AC and DC power and are available in separate drive and fluid modules.

Dyna-Star Pumps


Provide reliable oil or grease bulk fluid transfer or automatic lubrication in a broad range of applications. This family of reliable and durable Graco pumps are available in pneumatic, hydraulic, or electric configurations.
