Application

It is mainly used for normal temperature pressure cycle, high and low temperature pressure cycle, leakage test and other tests of high pressure hydrogen storage system valves. Used in quality testing units, various parts manufacturing units, product quality monitoring stations, scientific research institutions and other high pressure hydrogen storage system valve production, development and research fields. Meet the customer's testing of high-pressure hydrogen storage system valves and other products.

Functions & Features

1) The system has leakage alarm. When serious leakage occurs, the system automatically stops and depressurizes;

2) The electrical components are imported, which ensures the accuracy and stability of the testing machine from the control principle and the quality of the electrical components;

3) The use of SC pneumatic liquid booster pump imported from the United States, as well as imported Parker and SMC high-quality pneumatic components, ultra-high pressure valves,tubing and fittings are the use of HIP high-quality products;

4) Reasonable design, stable and reliable quality, to ensure stable system from the principle and high quality spare parts;

5) 5) Adopts card sleeve or nut screw sleeve without welding connection, which can be disassembled repeatedly to facilitate maintenance and repair;

6) Automatic output time-pressure curve;

7) The test chamber is equipped with a three-color work indicator light, and the light color is used to distinguish the three conditions of the test, failure and standby, so as to improve the observation of the experiment process and personnel safety;

8) The control system adopts Advantech industrial computer, acquisition card and Siemens PLC to ensure the stability and response rate of the control system;

9) Composed of a computer and a PLC control unit. The upper computer mainly completes graphics processing, data processing and data management, and the lower computer completes the test process according to the instructions of the upper computer.

10) IVS special test software is mature and stable without defects, can display each pressure test curve in real time, each test data can be saved and played back, can automatically generate test reports and print, can be compatible with OFFICE software, programmable test reports, so that users can design and arrange according to their own characteristics;

11) After the test is completed or the system loses power, the pressure will be automatically relieved to normal pressure to ensure the safety of personnel.
